The first time you purchase items online from rap.com.au you will need to open an account with us by creating a unique username and password. This can be done from the login link on the menu at the left of the page or from Add to Cart link when you add the first item to your Shopping Cart. This provides you with security (as only you can order items from your account) and for subsequent purchases saves time as your details are readily available every time you place an order.When you see something you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart link below the listing. That item is automatically put into your Shopping Cart. Your Shopping Cart keeps all items together for you until you're ready to check out. You can also review the items in your cart by clicking on the View Cart page. Here you can double check your order, and remove any item/s not finally required. You will not be billed and nothing will be sent to you until you've completed the check-out process.
We regard all purchases you make as being 'on approval' until you have satisfied yourself that you are happy with your new acquisition/s. If for any reason you are not happy with an item/s you have ordered return within 10 days of receipt (our stock number details as supplied should accompany the return) and the sale will be cancelled and a refund of the full purchase price will be made immediately.

Shipments are usually effected within two days of your order being received. This means you can expect your order within 3 to 4 days for domestic shipments. Shipments outside of Australia are subject to the vagaries of two or more postal services. A delivery standard for Airmail of up to 20 days is not uncommon. Your patience might be necessary. Credit cards are not automatically processed when you submit your order. They will be manually processed within 24 hours of actual shipment.
